On one side, the large traditional kitchen and a WC are located, while on the other side is a private terrace that connects via an external staircase to the private garden.

On the lower level, there are three bedrooms. Two share a common bathroom, while the third features a separate entrance and a private bathroom. All bedrooms have direct access to the private garden, furnished with an outdoor seating area.
